We are looking for an Customer Service Representative joining our Team in Strassen, Luxembourg.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bac +2 level education, ideally with experience in customer service — we also offer the opportunity for recent graduates to prove themselves
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Good command of German, French, and English — both spoken and written. Any additional language will be considered an advantage
- Confident interaction with customersYou are flexible, reliable, and have a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
- You are the main point of contact for distributors and customers
- You process orders in our merchandise management system
- You have experience in handling complaints and documenting them
- You are responsible for maintaining the customer database and history
- You support the team with inventory management
- You manage and monitor the follow-up processYou coordinate general administrative activities, e.g., payment operations, email management, phone correspondence, etc.
