Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an FAA Repair Station Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will handle inquiries, coordinate services, and assist with the smooth operation of our repair station. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for helping others.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE, SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Corridor/Quantum Experience Required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry or an FAA repair station environment.
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations and aviation terminology is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires lifting of items weighing up to sixty (60) pounds on an occasional basis.
- Requires physical effort associated with standing / walking / sitting.
Responsibilities:
- Read and write English.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to schedule services and ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, updating records, and handling billing inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of FAA regulations and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
- Support marketing and sales efforts by providing excellent customer service and promoting company services.
- All other duties assigned.
