Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in English and Spanish, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Upsell products and services to increase sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (Multilingual/Bilingual)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Familiarity with upselling techniques

- Ability to multitask, and have strong organizational skills
