Description:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- 1 year experience in customer service or related field
- Basic knowledge and experience with computer applications
- Previous experience with cash sales and cash balancing
- Current Standard First-Aid Certificate & Current AED Certificate
- Must be bilingual (French & English)
The work schedule is 5-15 hours/week. The work shifts vary from day, evening, and weekends.
The City of Cornwall offers an hourly rate of $24.90. The deadline for submissions is February 3rd, 2025, at 3:30pm (EST)

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Supervisor of Aquatics and Programming, the Customer Service Representative, Recreation greets and assists all visitors in a polite and professional manner, which also includes answering all incoming calls. The Customer Service Representative, Recreation sells tickets, merchandise, memberships, facility booking and registration for all Recreation Programs offered.
