Customer Service Representative

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Oregon City, Oregon. This role will be primarily tasked with handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining customer records.

• Conduct questionnaires over the phone and manage a high volume of calls
• Make referrals for qualified individuals
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries and ethics
• Apply empathetic listening skills and creative problem-solving to assist individuals
• Coordinate with multiple internal partners
• Utilize strong database navigation skills for efficient operation
• Perform accurate data entry tasks
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as required.
• Proven experience in a Customer Service role
• Proficiency in typing with a speed of 45 - 60 WPM
• Strong skills in Account Management
• Experience in providing Administrative Assistance
• Ability to handle an Answering Multi-Line Phone System
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
