Description:
We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan. This role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and managing customer accounts in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries quickly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and EHR SYSTEM.
- Process customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Learn and understand the functions of various departments to ensure accurate call transfers.
- Display resilience and patience in handling complex customer situations.
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.
- Ensure punctuality and readiness to handle continuous calls throughout the day.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using a computer for looking up information and managing customer records.
- Possession of an Associate’s degree or higher
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with Avaya CMS
- Knowledge of Cerner Technologies
- Familiarity with CRM
- Understanding of EHR SYSTEM
- Experience with About Time software
- Ability to Answer and manage Inbound Calls effectively
- Capability to direct queries to Appropriate Personnel
- Experience in performing Clerical Duties
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
