Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team in Cardiff. What you’ll do

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience using various contact methods such as telephony, email, webchat, or letter correspondence.
  • Comply with all legislative and regulatory requirements, following internal processes and procedures.
  • Take accountability and ownership to deliver a personalised customer experience.
  • Identify, prioritise, and resolve complaints to continually improve the customer experience.
  • Support processes or procedures that enhance the delivery of top-tier customer service.
  • Use in-depth knowledge and experience to provide excellent customer service across all Retail operational areas.

  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage queries while considering team performance.
