We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on sales or upselling.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively over the phone.
  • Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends.

  • Document customer interactions in the system for future reference and quality assurance.
