We are looking for an energetic, self-starting, team-focused Shipping Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Collins, CO.

• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Data Entry Skills with high degree of accuracy
• Customer service oriented
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision

• Answer phone calls and assist customers with product information, inventory availability and quotes
• Assist in coordination of outbound shipment preparation, routing, shipment assignments and delivery follow up or problem resolution
• Scanning and Data entry
• Other clerical tasks may be assigned as needed
• Checking emails
• Minimum invoicing
