Responsibilities:
We need a bilingual customer service superstar to join our team to ensure we surpass the expectations of our resellers and customers every day. This is a crucial role responsible for interacting with our Rest of World customers based in Latin America, Asia, Middle East and Africa. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to provide an exceptional service. On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:
- Responding to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat etc.)
- Providing accurate information about products, services, pricing and policies
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and collaborating with other departments/teams to address complex concerns
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Updating customers on orders status and delivery timeframes
- Following established procedures to handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services and features
