Position Summary
The representative is an entry level Customer Service position and a junior member of the team. The role is
expected to carry out basic duties. Some experience and knowledge of working in a customer service
environment is expected, however it is assumed that they would be trained and will develop experience on
all aspects of the role over time. Some amount of oversight would be required to guide them.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • • Processing orders, credits, loan kit queries, repair order requests
  • • Arranging returns and collections and handling proof of delivery and pricing requests
  • • Handling incoming e-mails and calls
  • • Proactively communicating with internal & external customers
  • • Investigating and resolving invoice disputes
  • • Logging and follow up of issue resolution and related communication back to the customer

Education / Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Further education in a relevant discipline but not essential

Experience / Skills

Essential:

  • 1 year in customer service, order management or contact center roles
  • Develops rapport with colleagues and customers
  • Can communicate proactively and professionally with Sales team members and Customers
  • Ability to adapt to different types of people and situations to ensure positive outcomes
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet

Desirable:

  • Basic ERP system knowledge
  • Some experience in order management and contact centre roles
  • Working level of English
