Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working as key part of our internal sales and customer service team. You will assist in delivering the commercial goals for The Republiks whilst enhancing customer appreciation. You will manage our members portfolio to ensure that targets are met in accordance with company targets and KPI’s.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:
· 3+ years’ customer service experience
· 1+ year experience in database management (BI experience is a plus)
· Excellent English communication skills
· Ideally with background in a similar industry
· Experience in Sales is a plus
