• Process all sales orders through fax, email, and telephone, including order details such as price confirmation, availability, credits, and warranty claims.
• Verify customer and order information for accuracy, cross-checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
• Contribute to the team by providing inside sales support, relaying pertinent information to the inside sales representative.
• File purchase orders daily to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Maintain operations by adhering to policies and procedures, and reporting necessary changes.
