Description:
We have an immediate opening for a Full time Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Kelowna, BC office.

Key tasks:
- Serve as a single point of contact for all internal and external customers (new and existing)
- Respond to customer and resident inquiries via phone or email for questions related to waste and recycling services, including scheduling and pick up
- Serve visitors by greeting and assisting them or directing them to the appropriate party
- Analyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to the customer
- Maintain appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal controls
- Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints
- Schedule and coordinate multiple residential and commercial waste collection, involving different lines of business (Front End, Roll-Off, and Residential Trucks)
- Coordinates drivers according to customer requests and company rules
- Communicates with customers to determine driver needs
- Schedules and notifies divers of assignments
- Monitor drivers’ progress to ensure daily pick-ups are completed
- Resolves issues that impede progress.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of customer service/office admin experience
- High-volume call center or inbound calling experience
- Pleasant demeanor over the phone and emails
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, TRUX
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Critical and logical thinking skills
