Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
- Support financial products and services
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service experience and offer ideas to resolve internal and external customer issues to provide first call resolution
- Perform moderately complex customer support tasks
- Receive direction from customer service supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
- Interact with customer service team on complex customer issues
- Provide training on policies and procedures, and provide guidance to less experienced individuals, as well as internal and external customers

Job Expectations:
- Ability to work additional hours as needed

- Must be able to attend full duration of required training period
- This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo’s compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents
Schedule:
- 10:30am- 7:00pm MST Monday-Friday with a hybrid schedule and expectation of three days per week in the office
- Training: may differ from standard hours 8:00am-4:30pm, 6 weeks (practice customer service scenarios, learn process, etc.)
- May need to work additional hours as needed
