  • Fluent in Romanian and English min. B2.
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience handling customer queries and resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented, yet able to work independently.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
  • Customer Service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Customer Service Representative with Romanian, you will support Herbalife Members by handling phone calls, processing documents, and answering distributor questions. You’ll assist with document processing, delivering Herbalife Pay cards, supporting vacations and events, and occasionally handling translations. This role involves no separation between front office and back office tasks.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Handle Member inquiries, including order registration, product information, and Marketing Plan details.
  • Maintain Member records and ensure updates are accurately processed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring ethical business practices.
  • Support local and international events, offering operational and communication assistance.
