ABOUT THE JOB

Budget Blinds of South Surrey, White Rock and Delta is a looking for a Customer Service Representative to perform the role of Receptionist with Administrative responsibilities. We are looking for a cheerful and energetic person to interact with new and existing customers, communicating by phone, text and email to set appointments for our sales team and installers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Fluent English speaking is mandatory for the position. Marketing experience is an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support
  • Schedule in-home consultations for design specialists by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Managing the sales calendar in our customer management software.
  • Responding to our customer leads by email and phone.


    • Sales Assistance

    • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and placing orders.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services where appropriate.


      • Administrative Tasks

      • Maintain accurate customer records in the database and in printed files.
      • Schedule and confirm installation appointments.
      • Process payments and invoices as needed.


        • Collaboration

        • Work closely with design consultants, installers, and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
        • Communicate updates regarding customer orders, delays, or issues to relevant teams.
