This is a highly rewarding long-term contract role that offers the opportunity for permanent employment at the end of the contract. In this key position, you will be entrusted with handling customer interactions, keeping customer records accurate and up-to-date, and diligently processing claims. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you’re well-equipped to excel in your role. This opportunity comes in collaboration with Robert Half, exclusively working on this long-term project.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service role
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and processing claims
• Experience in data entry and quality assurance tasks
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain composure
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
