Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven customer support experience with a strong phone contact handling skill and active listening skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in a team-centric and collaborative work environment.
An understanding of MS Office suites, especially Excel and Word.
