SKILLS

  • Proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions positively.
  • Experience in business development and inside sales is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with technical sales concepts and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Proficient in using Business Vision to manage customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience with order entry, invoicing, and outbound logistics are a plus.

    Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various channels to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Develop new business opportunities by researching market trends and identifying potential clients.
  • Utilize JDE (or other ERP program(s)) to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Manage customer service activity with professionalism, empathy, and adaptability
