We are currently seeking several energetic and passionate individuals to join the team as a Member Services Specialist. Working in a team of Sales & Service Specialists, you will ‎‎be part of a ‎supportive team pursuing excellence in Member services. Along the way, ‎‎you ‎will develop knowledge of Pleasure craft/ boat components and gain ‎underwriting ‎‎skills for analysis and interpretation.
The ideal person for this role will be flexible in their approach and have a strong focus on Customer Service. As we embed a customer-focused strategy across everything we do, you’ll have an opportunity to drive innovation and real change that delivers a tangible and meaningful impact on our people, our members and our community

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Answering a mixture of Inbound calls from Members & Partners; including providing quotes, issuing policies, managing & renewing existing policies and providing general information.
  • Managing & responding to own portfolio of daily correspondence
