Join BD’s Critical Care division as a Customer Service Specialist, where you’ll manage the entire order life cycle, participate in international projects, and handle complaints. This role is part of BD’s recent acquisition of Edwards Critical Care, integrating into one of the world’s largest medical technology companies. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the Critical Care division, which is now part of BD following the acquisition of Edwards Critical Care. BD is a global leader in medical technology, dedicated to advancing the world of health through improved medical discovery, diagnostics, and care delivery. This position will involve handling the entire order life cycle, participating in international projects, handling complaints, and performing various office duties
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Order Management: Supervise the entire order life cycle, from entry to completion, check inventory availability, follow up with customers, handle back orders, support consignment checks, process consignment stock orders, and ensure accurate pricing and shipping information.
- Project Participation: Engage in international and regional projects to improve service quality and customer service efficiency.
- Complaint Management: Handle complaints related to returned goods, coordinate with the Quality Assurance department, and handle Field Corrective Actions (FCA).
- Additional Office Duties: Archive and categorize documents.
