Description:

At Cabinets.com, our team members are our greatest asset! We are located in Tampa, FL (near US 301/SR 60 in the East Tampa/Brandon area). We offer a casual environment and are currently working in a hybrid model (2-days in the office, 3-days at home) for Customer Service Specialists passed their 90-day probationary period. We provide everything you need to be successful both at home and in the office environment.
We are searching for detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills, (both written and over the phone) to add to our incredible Customer Service team. At Cabinets.com our goal is to provide excellent Customer Service to every Customer. If you are Customer Service driven, this is the position for you.
This hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 9:00 am-6:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm est.
Customer Service Specialists must have well-developed verbal and written communication skills; thorough knowledge of the service or product and ability to describe its functions, features, and details to customers over the phone and through email/chat. Customer service specialists must be able to respond to customer complaints, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate Degree or 2 years’ college preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative/customer service position
  • MUST be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and possess basic computer skills

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and online chat related questions.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure all customer needs are being met in a timely and professional manner
  • General office and administrative tasks
  • Assist customers with technical problems when using our products or services
  • Assist customers will all shipping related questions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with Product, Sales and Marketing teams
