As a Customer Service Specialist with BankSA, you will ultimately help our customers make the most of their money and achieve their financial goals! You will do this through:

  • Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service by understanding individual customer needs and offering personalised financial solutions
  • Sales Focus: Drive sales by referring customers to our home loan and business banking specialists and identify new leads across wealth, insurance, home loans, and small business lending.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers both in-branch and over the phone to support their current needs and uncover their future financial goals
