EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Sales Support, Customer Care, Order Entry, or similar roles
  • Qualification in Customer Care, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar
  • Electrical / engineering experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Customer Service Attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365. Advanced MS Excel Skills. Knowledge of Powerpoint preferable but not essential
  • Experience in ERP system such as Oracle or SAP.
  • Experience in CRM systems such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Highly energetic and a high level of pro-activeness and flexibility
  • Highly Organized, “Can Do Attitude”, Attention to Detail
  • Can work with G&A, Sales & Marketing Teams and retain good inter relationships with customers and suppliers
