EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Sales Support, Customer Care, Order Entry, or similar roles
- Qualification in Customer Care, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar
- Electrical / engineering experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Customer Service Attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft 365. Advanced MS Excel Skills. Knowledge of Powerpoint preferable but not essential
- Experience in ERP system such as Oracle or SAP.
- Experience in CRM systems such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce
- Highly energetic and a high level of pro-activeness and flexibility
- Highly Organized, “Can Do Attitude”, Attention to Detail
- Can work with G&A, Sales & Marketing Teams and retain good inter relationships with customers and suppliers
