The Customer Service Specialist performs administrative and customer service tasks for the call center. You are responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and providing program information telephonically and by email. In addition, you are responsible for uploading forms electronically, processing incoming mail, and performing various administrative tasks as required.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of either call center or administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Demonstrated accuracy in documentation and data entry a plus!

Pay Range: $18-19 an hour

- Answer and direct inbound calls
- Communicate program information to patients, providers, dialysis centers and other caregivers
- Upload forms electronically, process incoming mail
