YOUR SKILLS
- At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP & Service Cloud is a must – we need you to be familiar with these tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel – being comfortable with data and able to efficiently work with spreadsheets is essential!
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A knack for problem-solving and juggling multiple tasks at once.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating, sharing knowledge, and helping others out.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment with lots going on.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering top-notch customer service by responding to requests quickly and professionally, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer inquiries about everything from orders, product availability, and pricing to shipping, billing, and promotions.
- Managing orders and restocking consignment inventory.
- Taking charge of EDI and Scheduling Agreement management.
- Issuing credit and debit notes when needed.
- Dealing with customer complaints by finding solutions and getting to the root of problems.
- Analyzing stock and backlogs daily to keep things running smoothly.
- Collaborating with supply planners and teams to ensure products are available on time.
