Job Description
Role Summary
In charge of customer order And forecast, responsible for realization of deliveries to customers according to their demands and valid logistics guidelines.

Main Tasks

  • Maintenance of master data (e.g. material master, info records)
  • Processing of customer orders and scheduling agreements
  • EDI cockpit management
  • Analysing customer forecast and capacities
  • Confirmation of delivery terms, clarification of specific requests (changes of packaging, deviations in quantity and delivery terms)
  • Communication with customers
  • Advising of transports and special freights
  • Supporting the preparation of delivery documents
  • Control of delivered parts (DN, transports, invoices)
  • Support to solve logistics claims
  • Working on customer portals
  • Dispute management
  • Control new project SOP and EC/EOP management to avoid obsoletes
  • Performing other tasks according to the direct supervisor
  • Ensures compliance with audits like MMOG or norms ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 Q principles at their workplace.
  • Full fills procedures, instructions, orders and environmental laws and all generally applicable legal regulations.
