Join Our Team as a Customer Service Specialist!
Are you ready to take on a key role in supporting our business and customers? We’re looking for a French- and English-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service Management team, a vital part of the SCM function within Business Line Stainless Europe. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in every step of the order fulfillment process, from handling orders and invoicing to collaborating with logistics and sales.

• Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt responses
• Process customer orders
• Control and monitor customer delivery forecasts and adjust orders if necessary
• Provide timely updates on order status to customers
• Handle invoicing, credit, and debit notes efficiently
• Manage stock levels and coordinate customer material releases with logistics and sales
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Support training activities and improvement initiatives related to the order fulfilment process
  You will be based in Krefeld, Germany or Tornio, Finland (with partial remote work option).
