Description:

Here at Paul Byron Shoes, we are currently recruiting enthusiastic and talented Omni Channel Customer Service Specialists to join our fast-growing and dynamic Head Office Team. Working with our E-commerce and store teams you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction while also participating in ad-hoc projects assigned by the Website Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and processes.
  • Organised- able to work to deadlines under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - capable of working closely with many different areas of the business.
  • Knowledge of Klavyio marketing tool an advantage

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via email and telephone.
  • General administration.
  • Provide relevant advice to customers primarily by phone but also through other communication channels as required - including email, web chat and social media platforms.
  • Be a key member of the Web Team, focused on optimising customer experience to drive digital conversion.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of the stock, working in conjunction with other e-commerce staff and warehouse managers.

      Job Types: Part-Time, Permanent
      Pay: €13.00 per hour DOE
      Expected hours: minimum 20-37.5 per week
