Description:

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

This administrative support role will cover various aspects of different functions as they relate to the dealership. This job first and foremost will be to cover the Reception Desk and be the first person our customer interacts with. Secondly this job will be to support the Assistant Controller / Management Team and complete many different Administrative and Customer Related tasks as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience required.
  • Automotive experience an asset.
  • Post-secondary is required
  • Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Organization, Prioritizing, Multitasking, and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Initiative & Problem-solving Abilities.
  • Strong computer skills; experience with MS Office and social media platforms is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone at Reception & checking phone regularly for messages
  • Take service and parts payments
  • Balance Cash daily
  • Organize Dealer Trades
  • Filing as required
  • Assist in the planning of Dealership Events
  • Clean coffee area, stock up coffee and supplies as needed
  • Take care of mail (incoming and outgoing)
  • Complete PO’s for Gas Dispensing
  • Assist with Social Media Postings
  • Ordering Office Supplies
  • Preparing Envelopes for Couriers
  • Stocking in Vehicles
  • Assist with drivers pay
  • Assist with licensing
  • Any other duties as required by the Regional Group Controller
  • Any other duties as required by Management
