Universal Robots has a great plan focused on growing operations in Costa Rica. This goal is going to be accomplished through the Customer Service Representative role. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of customer Service experience.
• Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English
• Knowledgeable with MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Availability to work on flexible schedules including holidays according to business needs.
