Universal Robots has a great plan focused on growing operations in Costa Rica. This goal is going to be accomplished through the Customer Service Representative role. This is an excellent opportunity for growing within the Automation and Robotics industry. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of customer Service experience.
• Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English
• Keen eye for details
• Knowledgeable with MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Availability to work on flexible schedules including holidays according to business needs.
