QUALIFICATIONS

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Einschlägige berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Sachbearbeitung Vertriebsinnendienst
• Sehr gute Computer-Kenntnisse (MS Office; SAP)
• Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
• Service- und Teamorientierung
• Kommunikationsstärke
• Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit

• Selbständige Bearbeitung von eingehenden Aufträgen / Bestellungen
• Ansprechpartner des Vertriebs-Außendienstes
• Fakturierung der Kunden – Rechnungen
• Kredit Management
• Controlling der Außenstände
• Erfassung und Pflege aller kundenrelevanten Daten
• Erstellung von Kundenanalysen und Statistiken
• Erstellung einfacher Angebote
• Abstimmung Liefertermine mit den Kunden (inkl. Auftragsbestätigung)
• Lieferdisposition
• Versanddokumentation (Exportdokumente) In-/Ausland (inkl. Ursprungserklärung)
