We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our wonderful team and contribute to the growth of SKYSPA DIX30.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional customer service: Providing a highly professional, courteous, and efficient experience for our clients;
  • Team supervision: Guiding and motivating the massage and aesthetics teams, while supporting staff from other departments in the absence of their supervisor;
  • Talent management: Overseeing the hiring, training, and evaluation of aestheticians and massage therapists. Optimizing schedules and ensuring the quality of service provided;
  • Treatment optimization: Planning and maximizing the daily schedule to meet and exceed our ambitious goals;
  • Compliance: Ensuring that our policies and protocols are followed, and contributing to their continuous improvement;
  • Care management: Assigning treatments, balancing schedules, welcoming clients, and diplomatically handling complaints;
  • Smooth administration: Managing administrative aspects related to payroll, tips, and appreciation cards;
  • Stock management: Overseeing inventory, placing orders, and proposing new products as needed;
  • Trend awareness: Staying ahead of new trends in massage and aesthetics to enhance our service offerings;
  • Impeccable site: Ensuring the site opens in accordance with cleanliness and quality standards, with frequent checks after opening;
  • Team spirit: With your positive attitude, you will support your colleagues and your manager in various related tasks;
  • Active collaboration: Working closely with the customer service supervisor and supporting the team with bookings and client reception
