Tekapo Springs is a leading tourism activity operator based in Lake Tekapo. We offer summer and winter activities including hot pools, an aqua play and cooler deep pool, a snow tube-park, ice rink, mini golf, a fully equipped day spa and licensed café. We think we have one of the best views in the world – mountains, lakes and stars! We also operate star gazing tours at night.
We are looking for a mature, professional, and experienced person to Join our reception team.
Our reception function is a critical part of our visitor experience, creating first impressions for the visitor and a key point of sale for activities and retail. Our Reception / Customer Service Supervisor plays a key leadership role in managing the the reception team and function. Ensuring a customer centric approach is maintained at all times, that visitors experience a warm welcome, that is efficient, meets their needs and helps them to
explore all the options Tekapo Springs has to offer across activities and retail..
The successful applicant will be working on a full-time roster, (including weekends and some evenings). Duties will include listening to our customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations in providing information and the right product to really make their day and motivating our customer service team to strive to these high standards for every customer.
This is a permanent role.
