Call Centre - Inbound
We’re on the lookout for a proven Customer Service rockstar to join our Operations team and help give our clients every chance of success.
This would be the ideal role for someone who enjoys working in Customer Service teams in Commercial Finance Operations. Previous experience in Inbound Customer Service preferred

What you’ll do:
- Answer inbound customer service calls in a professional manner and provide prompt service.
- Carry out customer service tasks and support the Shared Services team.
- Be the first point of contact in resolving customer queries.
- Triage inbound calls to relevant areas of Scotpac when necessary.
- Support the delivery of efficiencies to create value for ScotPac.
What you’ll bring with you:
- Previous experience in Inbound Customer Service, ideally in the Financial Services industry or in a commercial environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a customer centric mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution focused approach.
- A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously & as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Collaboration skills with ability to build good working relationships across customer base and the organisation.
- Willingness to develop and grow with the business.
