Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries raised by customers via Ticket System and phone calls
  • Deliver products/services to end customers, provide assistance to set up products/systems/software on board
  • General registration for customer data in the Back-end, service activation, and order processing
  • Follow up with the customers to ensure high-quality support
  • Prepare product startup kit and arrange shipment if required
  • Assist sales managers for products inquiry and arrange credit notes according to company polic
