POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client, a leading beauty and wellness company, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Support. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively, and proficiency with computer systems.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:

• Provide information about the company’s products and services to customers.
• Suggest suitable products/services based on customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
• Must be computer savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work Mondays through Saturdays.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
