Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Combining a mix of team leadership and marketing work, this new role of approximately 35-40 hours per week will allow you to make use of your team leadership skills, as well as keep your passion for social media marketing alive.
There is the requirement to work on the fun alongside your team, with evening and weekend work required. It is envisaged the team leadership hours and days of work will be Sunday from 9am – 4pm and Mondays from 4pm – 10pm. There is some flexibility around when the marketing hours are worked throughout the remainder of the week.

KEY DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Shift management, work alongside and lead your team by providing direction, feedback, training and support
  • Champion a customer focussed experience for all visitors, troubleshooting any issues whilst on shift
  • Work collaboratively alongside the Marketing Manager to create and implement new and exciting strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Be a Brand Ambassador for Motion Entertainment, attending offsite promotional events as directed
  • Management of photo and video library, marketing reporting and analytics
