Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

To be a leader for our biggest customers, servicing their needs and working closely with the commercial teams. To be a key decision maker, influence pricing, achieve sales targets and maximise sales opportunities. To lead and motivate a team of Sales Coordinators in providing excellent customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Key account management, improve schedule accuracy and resolve invoice disputes.
  • Be responsible for key account reviews with stakeholders.
  • Review customer profiles to identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Analyse data including sales trends.
  • Collaborating with the commercial teams to promote stocks and increase sales.
  • Work with the Sales & Operational Planning Team to identify schedule changes in line with production and deliver suitable resolutions.
  • Identify areas of improvement and ensure customer compliance.
  • Continuous performance monitoring, KPI reviews.
  • People management, including performance reviews, absence and other personnel matters.
  • Managing workflow of the teams.
  • Coaching and development of the team to improve knowledge and efficiency of staff.
  • Route cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Support and cover all aspects of the sales coordinator role.
  • Managing schedules, working with transport partners to deliver on time and in full.
  • Order book management.
  • Haulage payment management.
