Responsibilities:

As Customer Service Technician you are part of our 24/7 team who ensures our customers are supported with our services all day. One of your key tasks will be to understand customers’ needs, act professional and timely.

Among other things you are to:

  • Install, replace and upgrade servers and network hardware at customer’s request
  • Install fibre network cabling
  • Monitor, report and handle collaboration with sub-contractors
  • Perform customers site tours in our data centres as well as odd work in and around our data centres
  • Comply to the agreements we have with our customers and ensure SLAs are respected at all times.
  • Support our continuous improvement culture and bring up suggestions to improve our quality, our efficiency or the way we work.

In this position you will work in shifts, so please expect both day, evening, night and weekend shifts.
