OVERVIEW:

A superb opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a small, busy Customer Service team based in Middleton. We are looking for a strong communicator, with a natural positive drive and a good all-rounder to join a small friendly team.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES, KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven previous experience in a B2B, customer service or administration role essential.
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication both written and verbally
  • Excellent organisation skills, you’ll be organised in your approach which will enable you to manage and prioritise your workload under pressure.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Previous experience in an eCommerce role or textile knowledge would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Problem solving with a Positive attitude.
  • Understanding of GDPR, although training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the customers’ orders end to end, including approving orders and product, overseeing shipping activities, handling invoicing.
  • Dealing with customer via email, chat and calls
  • Liaising effectively and efficiently with other departments to seamlessly manage the workflow, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
  • Using various customer portals to ensure customer SLAs are met.
  • Processing data within internal systems.
  • General day-to-day Administration tasks.
  • Achieving targets set.
  • Processing of sensitive data and using financial portals such as PayPal/Klarna/Stripe/Sage pay
