Description:
DoorCo is an established manufacturing and distribution business that continues to grow and expand rapidly. We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Services Advisor to join our busy and dedicated team in Macclesfield.
The role offers an exciting and challenging environment with the opportunity for development for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is hard working, flexible and enjoys working in a busy and varied role.
Duties include, but are not limited to…
- Building effective customer relationships and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Dealing with incoming and outbound calls and responding to emails with customer queries
- Updating customer specifications and arranging marketing assistance
- Answering technical and product related queries
- Providing customers with updates of orders placed
- Making amendments to orders based on customer requirements or changes
- Helping resolve any product or delivery related issues
- Liaising with other departments; production, purchasing, transport, credit control regarding potential issues which might affect customer service
Training will be provided to use in-house systems (Business Micros and Sage computer systems).
Desired experience and skills…
- B2B / customer service experience.
- Organisational skills and strong time and task management
- Proven experience of regular and timely verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Good all-round IT skills and proficiency in MS Office products
- An enthusiastic attitude and desire to do what is required
- An ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask and prioritise workload
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week with 31 days holidays (Inc Stats).
