You will play a crucial role in supporting the provision and delivery of the Blue Badge Scheme, ensuring we provide an accessible and inclusive service for all.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake daily business administration tasks such as post handling, badge ordering and document uploading
- Respond to customer enquiries via a variety of channels including email and telephone
- Triage Blue Badge applications to ensure they are ready for assessment
