As a Customer Services Associate, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of IRIS, ensuring our customers have the best experience possible with our applications. You’ll work directly with our customers, helping them navigate their journey with IRIS by providing outstanding support, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building strong, lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll:
- Support Customers: Answer incoming queries from customers, helping them solve issues related to our products.
- Create Support Tickets: Log all relevant information in our CRM system to ensure smooth resolution of customer queries.
- Investigate and Resolve Issues: Use our FAQs, knowledge base, and your own problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
- Meet Quality Standards: Achieve and exceed team and personal targets for customer satisfaction.
- Learn and Grow: Continuously build your product knowledge and strive to learn new skills.
- Collaborate: Work closely with your team and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
- Promote the IRIS Brand: Represent IRIS in a friendly, professional manner at all times.
