Description:
Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls & email enquiries
- Dealing with HPI queries and ensuring HPI interest is correctly registered
- Producing and issuing Welcome letters, annual statements, VAT invoices
- Dealing with In Life Management queries from customers, brokers, dealers and staff
- Providing Settlement Quotes & issue Settlement letters
- Producing Sales invoices and deal with settlement and invoice enquires
- Complete restructures on Ambit
- Liaising with other Departments to enhance and improve Customer Services and promote good business practice
- Adhere to all Legal, Regulatory, Compliance policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all HR requirements as described in the HR policies.
- Report all issues of regulatory concern to the Customer Support Manager/Compliance Manager
- Report and Escalate Potential Risk Events to the Customer Support Manager/Compliance Manager
- Any Ad hoc project work or remediation activity as applicable
- Maintain an awareness of changes to legislation including Consumer Credit Act, Data Protection Act, Anti Money Laundering Regulations and ensure compliance
