Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls & email enquiries
  • Dealing with HPI queries and ensuring HPI interest is correctly registered
  • Producing and issuing Welcome letters, annual statements, VAT invoices
  • Dealing with In Life Management queries from customers, brokers, dealers and staff
  • Providing Settlement Quotes & issue Settlement letters
  • Producing Sales invoices and deal with settlement and invoice enquires
  • Complete restructures on Ambit
  • Liaising with other Departments to enhance and improve Customer Services and promote good business practice
  • Adhere to all Legal, Regulatory, Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all HR requirements as described in the HR policies.
  • Report all issues of regulatory concern to the Customer Support Manager/Compliance Manager
  • Report and Escalate Potential Risk Events to the Customer Support Manager/Compliance Manager
  • Any Ad hoc project work or remediation activity as applicable
  • Maintain an awareness of changes to legislation including Consumer Credit Act, Data Protection Act, Anti Money Laundering Regulations and ensure compliance
