    About the role
    Murrumbidgee Irrigation is looking for a Customer Services field Officer to join our team. The Customer Services and Water Delivery team is responsible delivering water to our customers, in the best way. We strive to optimize both business and customer assets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our water delivery services to meet both customer and business needs.
    Customer Services Field Officer plays a critical role in enhancing customer experiences by providing field-based response to operational teams and customers across our network to support water delivery and drainage needs.

As Customer Service Field Officer, you will:

  • Develop and nurture strong connections with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver timely information and resolutions for the customer on their water delivery
  • Play a critical role in communicating customer’s water delivery needs to our operational teams
  • Maintain data integrity of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

What you will bring

  • Commitment to achieving and upholding a strong values and safety culture
  • Relevant experience in customer services or similar
  • Highly developed collaboration, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient level of computer literacy in the use of Microsoft Office and record management systems
  • Knowledge of farming and/or irrigation practices (desirable)
  • Live in or be willing to relocate to the Griffith Area (or surrounds)
  • Have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
