Description:
As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be responsible for both front of house and back of house responsibilities to make sure our customers’ needs always come first.
FIXED-TERM UNTIL END OF APRIL 2024 (CALLING ALL WORKING HOLIDAY VISA HOLDERS)

We operate 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 8:30 pm and we are looking for someone to work part-time, in a fixed-term capacity to cover our upcoming peak season. W e currently have the following shifts available:
- 32 Hours per week working Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 12.00 - 20.30 each day.

What we are looking for :
This position typically requires excellent customer service skills, ability to sell, work in a fast-paced environment and not afraid of some labouring type work.
To be more specific:
- Full , clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role.
- Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities:
From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services, process rental agreements, payments, and provide information on rental rates and policies. You will also resolve any customer issues and complaints.
To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be responsible for checking vehicles in and out, conducting inspections for damages, and required to clean vehicles (interior, exterior and vacuuming).
