Description:
We have an opportunity for what we call a Rental Operations Agent to join our team on the commercial side of our business that leases cars, utes, vans and trucks (large and small).
Based at our Penrose branch, we are searching for someone with exceptional customer services and isn’t afraid of hard work.
Responsibilities:
As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.
